Directions to Various Baseball Fields

BETHEL HIGH SCHOOL:

Take 64 East Get off at Hampton Road Center Parkway (first Exit) Continue straight until you come to first set of lights (Big Bethel Road) Take left, High School is a short way on right hand side.

Take Route 143 East.  Turn Right onto Denbigh Blvd. Cross over Route 60.  Denbigh High School is about 3 blocks down on the right.

FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL:

Take 64E to 664. Go over Monitor-Merrimac Bridge/Tunnel. Take exit 13A (Suffolk) to get on 58W. Stay on 58W for about 35 miles until Armory Dr./Downtown Franklin exit. Take a right at the bottom of the ramp. Armory Park is about 3 miles on left past Paul D. Camp Community College.

Take the ferry to Surry . At Surry , follow 31 S to Wakefield. Turn left onto 460E. At Ivor turn right onto 616. At the end of 616, turn left onto 35. Soon after getting on 35, you will come to Courtland.   At the railroad tracks, continue straight. Take a left onto 58E. Follow to Armory Dr./Downtown Franklin exit. Take a right at the bottom of the ramp. Armory Park is about 3 miles on left past Paul D. Camp Community College.

5800 MARSHALL AVE, NEWPORT NEWS. Take 64 East
Exit first Jefferson  Ave Exit (Exit 255)
Continue on Jefferson.  Cross over Mercury Blvd,
Take a left on Briarfield Rd
Take a right on Marshall Rd.

JAMESTOWN HIGH SCHOOL:

From Norfolk, Virginia

Take Interstate 64 West to Williamsburg. Get off on Exit 242-A and travel west on Route 199. Turn left at the 5th stop light onto Route 5 West (John Tyler Hwy.) Turn left at the third stop light. Jamestown High School will be on the right. The front door is at the second driveway, near the flag pole.

From Richmond, Virginia

Take Interstate 64 East to Williamsburg. Get off at Exit 234-A (Lightfoot Exit) and turn right. You are now on 199traveling east. Take the Monticello Rd exit, turn right. Go through two stop lights, turn left onto Greensprings Plantation Rd. Go through the next light and Jamestown High School will be on the right. The front door is at the second driveway, near the flag pole.

JEFFERSON DAVIS MIDDLE SCHOOL

Take 64 East.  Get off at first Hampton Roads Center Parkway exit, AMC Theaters will be on your right.  Turn left at light onto Big Bethel Road.  Continue on Big Bethel, past Bethel High on your right, then make a left onto Todd's Lane (7/11 on corner) and then Jeff Davis will be a little ways down on the left hand side with field in the back.

PHOEBUS HIGH SCHOOL

Take 64 East. Get off at the Hampton University Exit. Take a left at light, you will go under the 64 overpass. Take a left on Woodman Road (Big Intersection). Go about 2 or 3 streets down and look for small sign on the right hand side that says "Phoebus High School".  Take a right,  school is behind a housing development.

POQUOSON HIGH SCHOOL

Take 64 East. Exit at Victory Blvd 256B. Go past Super Kmart. Stay in right-hand lane for about 4 to 4-1/2 miles. Take a left at Odd Street {you will see a small brown sign pointing towards Poquoson High School}. Turn right once to see the school.

SMITHFIELD HIGH SCHOOL:

Smithfield - Take 64E. Take James River Bridge exit (263A, Rte. 258S). After the bridge, take a right before the second light onto Brewers Neck Rd (8tS1 on 258S). Stay on258S for 3 miles. Take a right at Benns Church (right after Smithfield Downs Golf Course). At next light, take a left. Take the second entrance into school 
- OR -
Take the ferry to Surry . Turn left onto Rte. 10. Follow all the way to Smithfield. School is on right.

SOUTHAMPTON HIGH SCHOOL:

Take 64E to 664. Take Monitor-Merrimac Bridge/Tunnel. Take exit l3A (Suffolk) to get on 58W. Stay on 58W for about 43 miles. You will pass Downtown Frank1in on the way to Rts. 58 & 35 Intersection. School is on left..

Take ferry to Surry. At Surry, take 318 to Wakefield. Turn left onto 460E. At Ivor . Turn right onto 616. At the end of 616, turn left onto 35. Soon after getting on 35 you will come to Courtland. At the railroad tracks, turn right towards Emporia. Taking the Emporia exit right off this road will bring you along the front of the high school

TABB HIGH SCHOOL:

Take 64E. Exit at Victory Blvd. 256B) Go past Super Kmart. At third light past Super Kmart (about 1 1/2 miles}, take a left onto Big Bethel Road. School is on left.

TRIMBLE FIELD

I64 East to LaSalle Ave. exit (bear right). Left onto Victoria Blvd. Trimble Field is across the street from Darling Stadium.

-Or-

I64 East to I664 toward Portsmouth/Chesapeake. Exit at Powhatan Pkwy. At top of exit ramp turn left. Follow to Victoria Blvd and Turn left. Trimble Field is across the street from Darling Stadium.

Located at the intersection of Warwick Blvd and Copeland Street. During rush hour the easiest way to get there is to take Rt. 60 East from Rt.199. Rt. 60 turns into Warwick Blvd. WHS is beyond the Mariner's Museum. The High School is on the left side. If you reach Harpersville Road you have gone too far.

If you take I64, Take J Clyde Morris Blvd West to Warwick Blvd and turn left. Not recommended during rush hour.

WINDSOR ATHLETIC COMPLEX

From Williamsburg:  

Take Ferry across to Scotland and Route 31. Stay on Rte 31. In Surry, turn on to Route 10 East toward Smithfield. In Smithfield, turn onto Route 258 South. Windsor Athletic Park is on 258 South, on the left side, before you get to Route 460.

Drive is about 1.5 hours.

From Newport News:  

Take James River Bridge to Smithfield.  Take light at 258 South.  Stay on 258 South and look for Windsor Athletic Complex.  Once again, if you reach intersection of US 460 and US 258, you have gone too far.  Park is on left hand side. Drive is about 1.5 hours. 

YORK HIGH SCHOOL:

Take 64E. Take Fort Eustis Blvd., Yorktown exit (250B}. Stay on Fort Eustis until you come to the light at Rte. 17. Take a left onto 17 towards the Coleman Bridge. School is about 1 1/2 miles down on the right.
